A new dawn is here, one where we replace celery with rhubarb. Why on earth would a person do such a thing you ask? There are many reasons:
1. Rhubarb certainly has flavour.
2. Rhubarb has a nice crunch.
3. I own several thousand acres of cropland dedicated strictly to rhubarb.
I assure you the last point isn’t a conflict of interest. Rhubarb also has more vitamin C, magnesium, calcium, potassium, dietary fiber, and protein than ole boring celery! So next you want to put some peanut butter on something that isn’t bread, or garnish a ceasar please consider rhubarb. Also please consider helping me harvest all this rhubarb I’m gonna have.
