A new school year has kicked off in a big way for most places in Saskatchewan, but possibly not as big as Langenburg.
After 3 years of hard work and planning, today (Fri) marked the grand opening of the brand new state of the art Prekindergarten to grade 12 school.
The new school is equipped to educate more than 370 students with state of the art technology, a larger gymnasium and a new PAA lab designed to enhance trades and technology instruction.
Guest speakers included Education Minister Don Morgan, who says the provincial government is happy to see another school open in the province.
The Government of Saskatchewan invested 23 million dollars toward the building of the new school.
