Charges have been laid in connection with a fatal two-vehicle collision near Moose Jaw.
At about 2 o’clock Sunday afternoon, a northbound truck and a southbound truck collided on Highway 39, south of Moose Jaw.
The 62-year-old man driving the northbound truck was pronounced dead at the scene, while two passengers in the southbound vehicle were injured.
The driver of the southbound truck, 34-year-old John Smolinski of Weyburn, is facing 4 charges, including Impaired Driving Causing Death and Impaired Driving Causing Bodily Harm.
Smolinski has been remanded into custody for this next court appearance Tuesday in Moose Jaw.
