A Saskatoon Queen’s Bench judge has released a Beardy’s First Nation man, charged in a murder near Duck Lake last month, on ten-thousand dollars bail.
In addition, 24-year-old Bobby Kenneth Gamble, who was released on Thursday (2nd). must abide by a number of conditions, including a curfew, and he must take part in a residential treatment program.
Gamble is charged with Second Degree Murder, in the death of 52-year-old John Brown, of Christopher Lake, whose body was discovered on a grid road, just north of Duck Lake, on February 3rd.
He’ll make his next court appearance in Saskatoon Provincial Court, on April 19th.
