A Cote First Nation man has made another court appearance, in connection with an Aggravated Assault.
Kamsack R-C-M-P were called February 10th, on a report of a man being attacked at a house party on the reserve.
The victim was found lying in a pool of blood, and suffering from skull fractures and a broken jaw.
In Kamsack Provinical Court this (Tue) morning, 21-year-old Kaylem Cote was remanded into custody for his next court date on March 28th.
His co-accused, Stanley Cote Junior, was remanded in custody last month for a psychiatric assessment.
He will return to court in Kamsack on March 14th.
Meantime a man charged with a murder on the Cote First Nation, has made another court appearance.
34-year-old Morgan Cote was in Kamsack Provincial Court this (Tue) morning, where he was remanded into custody for March 28th.
Cote was arrested September 1st, and charged with Second Degree Murder.
It stems from the death of a 20-year-old woman, whose body was found on the reserve on August 13th.
