A Cowessess First Nation man is headed to prison for Driving While Over .08, and Driving While Disqualified.
In Yorkton Provincial Court this (Tue) morning, 40-year-old Garth Goforth was sentenced to 30 months behind bars, to be followed by a five-year driving prohibition.
Court was told that on Sunday night, Goforth drove from Painted Hand Casino to the nearby gas bar, while under the influence of alcohol.
He blew over twice the legal limit.
It was Goforth’s 9th impaired driving conviction, and the 10th time he’s driven while disqualified.
