A Fishing Lake First Nation woman facing a number of charges, will remain in custody until her next court date.
21-year-old Nicole Nataucappo was originally arrested on June 2nd, after she allegedly tried to break into a home on the reserve, and threatened to kill one of its occupants.
When Wadena RCMP arrived to arrest her, she allegedly resisted, and one officer suffered a dislocated finger.
Nataucappo was released on those charges, but was re-arrested on Canada Day on suspicion of drunk driving.
She appeared in Yorkton Provincial Court today (TUES), and was remanded in custody for her next court date, on July 20th, in Wadena, when she’s expected to enter a plea.
