The second suspect charged in connection with a violent home invasion in Yorkton in 2015, is re-electing to be tried in Provincial Court.
The lawyer for Jesse McDowell of Yorkton was in Provincial Court today (Thu), where the matters were adjourned until tomorrow (Fri) to set a trial date.
