Taylor Field is no more.
Hundreds of people were on hand outside the stadium to see the structure come down.
One of those was long time Riders fan Rick Gallinger.
He was standing near the practice field when the structure toppled over inside the facility and says while there was a delay, it was well worth the wait.
Another fan was Elaine Kivisto. She says has been to many games over the years both CFL, University and High School, and today (Fri) was an emotional day watching the structure come down.
There was delay of over one hour from the scheduled 1 PM collapse as crews made sure everything was safe before the structure was toppled inside the stadium.
Mosaic Stadium at Taylor Field was the home of the Riders from 1936 to 2016.
