After a few years of uncertainty, an RBC Economist says Saskatchewan should lead Canada when it comes to economic growth in 2018 and 2019.
Paul Ferley says modest rebounds in the energy sector will be the main reason for the rebound.
Ferley says better growing seasons are also expected after the driest year since 1885 for southern Saskatchewan in 2017.
Ferley says modest gains in the potash sector are also expected to be a contributing factor.
