A 26-year-old woman has died after an accident at the Melville CN.
The lady whose name is not being released had 3 years of experience with CN.
“Instead of celebrating the holidays, the family of one our teamster sisters will be in mourning.” -Francois Laporte, President of Teamster Canada, the union that represents CN Workers.
No further information has been released at this time.
The union is warning people to be aware of their surroundings while on the job site and to be vigilant.
The investigation is still ongoing.
