A man accused of deliberately driving a bulldozer into a home in the R.M. of Calder, has made a surprise court appearance.
59-year-old Ronald Fatteicher (FIGHT-tiger), who lives in the Calder area, faces several charges, including two counts of Attempted Murder.
In Yorkton Provincial Court this (Thu) morning, Fatteicher’s lawyer withdrew from the case, and the matters were adjourned until January 11th, so he can apply for legal aid.
The two people inside the home during the July 25th incident escaped harm, but the man at the control of the machine sustained minor injuries.
