One of three men arrested in connection with a home invasion in Yorkton last month, has appeared in court again.
In Yorkton Provincial Court this (Mon) morning, Cole Cadotte had his matters adjourned until January 26th, and he remains free on conditions.
One of his co-accused, Adam Cote, is still in custody, and will also return to court on January 26th.
The other co-accused, Roland Bryant, remains in custody as well, and is back in court on Friday.
In the late morning hours of December 2nd, Mounties were called to a home on Broadway Street West about a break and enter in progress, and seized cocaine, crystal meth, stolen property, and brass knuckles.
