Guilty pleas have been entered by a Cowessess First Nation man, arrested on three counts of Impaired Driving Causing Bodily Harm.
In Yorkton Provincial Court this (Fri) morning, 36-year-old James Delorme was sentenced to 18-months in jail, followed by 18-months of probation, and a 2-year driving prohibition.
In April of 2016, Delorme had been drinking, when the vehicle he was driving rolled several times in the ditch on Highway 22, west of Grayson.
Police determined that his blood alcohol content was more than twice the legal limit when the vehicle left the road at 170-kilometres an hour.
Three female passengers received significant injuries in the incident.
