A man accused of deliberately driving a bulldozer into a home in the R.M. of Calder, has made another court appearance.
59-year-old Ronald Fatteicher, who lives in the Calder area, faces several charges, including two counts of Attempted Murder.
In Yorkton Provincial Court this (Wed) morning, Fatteicher’s matters were adjourned until June 20th for a Preliminary Inquiry that’s scheduled to last for three days.
The two people inside the home during the July 25th incident escaped harm, but the man at the control of the machine sustained minor injuries.
