Premier Scott Moe is commenting on an escalating battle between Alberta and B.C.
Alberta is now banning wine from B.C. following the B.C. governments decision to try to hamper the Trans-Mountain pipeline project.
Earlier, Alberta had also put a halt to possible purchases of electricity from B.C. over the issue.
Premier Scott Moe says the government of B.C. has no legal jurisdiction or justification to delay the Trans-Mountain Pipeline.
But he says Saskatchewan will not follow the retaliatory measures which would contravene trade commitments.
So, Saskatchewan will not join an Alberta ban on B.C. wines.
