A tragic crash involving six vehicles on a Manitoba highway left 3 people dead and several injured.
Yesterday (Wed) at 5:25 p.m. a small SUV travelling north on Highway 10 lost control and rolled into oncoming traffic.
Two RCMP officers saw the SUV hit a southbound car, before it hit them.
A 67-year-old woman and a 51-year-old woman in the small SUV and a 56-year-old Waywayseecappo woman in the car were pronounced dead.
Three other people in the car were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries, three additional people had minor injuries, and neither RCMP officer was seriously injured.
Minnedosa RCMP say road conditions played a factor in the collision.
