According to the Saskatchewan NDP’s latest report on donations made to the two leadership candidates, Ryan Meili has raised more than Trent Wotherspoon.
By the end of January, Meili raised nearly $157-thousand 700 dollars while Wotherspoon raised over $127-thousand 300.
Meili also has the edge in the number of donors to his campaign – 896 – compared to Wotherspoon’s 538.
The biggest contribution made to both hopefuls was $5-thousand dollars.
The NDP will select its new leader March 3rd in Regina.
