One of three men arrested in connection with a home invasion in Yorkton in December, is going to jail.
In Yorkton Provincial Court today (Thu), 24-year-old Cole Cadotte was given 1 year behind bars, to be followed by 1 year of probation, after pleading guilty to Break and Enter last week.
Meanwhile, a Preliminary Inquiry has been held for his two co-accused, Adam Cote and Roland Bryant.
They were committed to stand trial in Yorkton Court of Queen’s Bench at a later date, and have been remanded into custody.
In the late morning hours of December 2nd, Mounties were called to an apartment on Broadway Street West about a break and enter in progress, and seized cocaine, crystal meth, stolen property, and brass knuckles.
