A new court date has set for an Esterhazy man, arrested last November on firearm charges
In June of 2018, RCMP responded to a complaint of a firearm being discharged in Yarbo.
56-year-old John Churchill is also charged with Flight From Police, arising from an alleged incident on May 20th.
Churchill’s matters were heard in Yorkton Provincial Court today (Mon), where he was remanded in custody for September 18th.
