It may still be a week away, but minimum wage earners in Saskatchewan are getting a raise.

Starting October 1st, the minimum salary goes to $11.32 an hour from the current $11.06.

The change was announced in June.

Minimum wage earners in Manitoba are also getting an increase to $11.65 an hour, from the current $11.35.
