• Stop by any Credit Union and fill out the information form
• Go to any Credit Union, fill out the form and fax it to GX94 at 783-4994
• Fill out the form below and press SUBMIT
• Then listen to GX94 every Monday thru Saturday at 8:50 AM for The Credit Union Community Calendar.

And the BEST part is..it’s absolutely FREE!

**All Fields are required. Please be sure to submit info at least 2 weeks before the date of your event.
