Guilty pleas have been entered in connection with a fatal two-vehicle collision near Kamsack.
On April 18th, a car and an S-U-V collided head-on just north of Kamsack on Highway 8.
The 78-year-old woman driving the car was pronounced dead at the scene, while the man and the woman in the S-U-V were taken to hospital for medical attention.
However, R-C-M-P say the male driver fled before he could be checked over, and was later arrested on the Keeseekoose First Nation.
36-year-old Jason Scott Straightnose has pleaded guilty to Failing to Stop at the Scene of An Accident, and Driving While Disqualified, and will be sentenced on June 14th.
