100 mm, or 4 inches, of rain. That’s what fell Saturday in parts of southeast Saskatchewan, including Lampman, northeast of Estevan. The deluge came Saturday, flooding streets, basements and yards, but most of the water had subsided by evening. One resident figures they’ve had 13 inches of rain so far this summer, and do not need any more right now. Spy Hill also got 4 inches of rain, while 3 fell in Foam Lake.
