You’ve heard it all before, blondes have more fun, brunettes are hard working and career orientated and red heads are known to be fiery. I found a story that had Clairol revealing the reality behind the hair colour stereotypes. Check it out and let me know if you think this is true.
BLONDES — Research reveals that blondes are the women who want it all. Most likely to shun the party scene to stay at home to do housework, they are also the most likely to dream of successful careers. Misjudged for centuries as the ‘dumb blonde’, blondes work just as hard in the work place (being most likely to work 45 to 60 hour weeks) as brunettes. They are also more likely to keep their cool under pressure at work than their fellow brunettes and red heads.
BRUNETTES — The research reveals that brunettes are most likely to have the most children.
RED HEADS — Red is the new blonde. In fact red heads are taking on the mantle of the ‘blonde bimbo’ stereotype. Red heads also work the least hours and are most likely to be found out partying several times a week. However, red heads also have an independent streak and secretly dream of eventually settling down with a family and children.
