A vehicle was travelling about 10 kilometres south of Aylesbury, a community 60 kilometres north of Moose Jaw, when the truck lost control and ended up killing one individual.
Craik RCMP got the call of a single vehicle collision Monday at 4 p.m., when it was revealed the northbound truck left the road, slid through the centre median, then came back onto the shoulder.
The 66-year-old male driver and the 69-year-old female passenger, both from the Carry the Kettle First Nation, were rushed to a Regina hospital, where the woman was later pronounced dead.
Mounties continue to investigate, and no charges have been laid. The families have been notified.
