Seating will likely be hard to come by in Yorkton Provincial Court again today. The two teenaged boys charged with First Degree Murder and Robbery with Violence in the September 13th death of 67-year-old Lawrence Skoretz, will make another court apearance this morning.
At each of their previous court dates, a large contingent of the family of the victim has attended.
Meantime, A Springside-area man found not criminally responsible for Second Degree Murder, appears before the Saskatchewan Review Board again today, and the board could hand down anything from a further detention order, to an absolute discharge to Richard Le Sann. He’s been living independently in the Battlefords area on a conditional discharge for the past year after being not criminally responsible of 2nd Degree Murder in the March 2011 stabbing death of Tammey Lynn Kulaway.
