Charges have been laid against a 19-year-old male from Yorkton, in connection to a fatal two-vehicle collision last September.
The accused is facing 2 counts of Dangerous Driving Causing Death, and will make his first court appearance April 10th in Yorkton.
On Saturday, September 24th a southbound car with two occupants collided with a northbound car with one occupant on Highway 10, south of Yorkton, resulting in the deaths of a 17-year-old boy and a 29-year-old man, both from the Yorkton area.
The teen, who was 18 at the time, was transported to a Regina hospital with serious injuries.
Highway 10 was closed off for about 5 hours while the RCMP, Coroner, and RCMP Forensic Collision Re-constructionist investigated.
