On Saturday morning Kamsack RCMP responded to a firearm complaint at a residence on the Key First Nation.
A male suspect was located inside the residence with 3 others along with a firearm.
During that time the man fled the residence unarmed but was apprehend by police.
During the arrest a vehicle was observed driving in an erratic manner, which the driver was also arrested on scene.
As a result, 52-year-old Robert Miles Brass and 25-year-old Lucas Jordan O’Soup of the Key First Nation appeared in court this morning facing a number of charges and were remanded in custody.
Brass’s next court appearance is scheduled for Kamsack Provincial Court on June, 13th at 9:30 a.m., while O’Soup’s next appearance will be on May, 25th at 9:30.
