The report is called “Navigating in a Digital World” and focuses on email, data storage and cyber security.
Deputy Minister of Central Services, Richard Murray says there are many points brought up in the report they agree with, and are working towards achieving .
Among those is the need to grow spending on increased security against server hackers.
Murray says the government currently has smart phone policies that allow employee’s to use the devices for ancillary uses, which means family calls and appointments.
Murray added they do not permit employee’s to let their children and spouses to access the devices.
