The Federal and Manitoba Governments made a joint announcement today of launching BizPal in the town of Melita, Manitoba and the Municipality of Two Borders.
BizPal is the name of the free online service which saves time spent on paperwork and helps entrepreneurs start up their businesses faster.
As far as how it works, entrepreneurs simply select the business activities they plan to undertake, and BizPaL then automatically generates a list of required permits and licences from all levels of government, along with basic information.
The Municipalities of Russell-Binscarth and Rossburn joined the service back in June.
The recent additions bring the total number of provincial municipalities subscribed to 66.
