A gunman opened fire at a country music festival on the Las Vegas Strip on Sunday, killing at least 50 people and wounding more than 400 others. Automatic gunfire raked the crowd at a Jason Aldean concert, with some witnesses saying the gunman reloaded several times before continuing to shoot. Officers confronted the 64 year old suspect on the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino, across the street from the Festival. Authorities say he had killed himself. They also found several weapons with him. Police add they believe this was a “lone wolf” attack, not tied to terrorist activity.
