Two boys who admitted to Second Degree Murder for the death of a 67-year-old man in Yorkton last year, have made another court appearance.
They were originally charged with First Degree Murder and Robbery with Violence, in the death of Lawrence Skoretz.
The 17-year-olds from Yorkton and from the Keeseekoose First Nation can’t be named, due to their ages.
Police believe the victim and the boys interacted at a park in the city in the early morning hours of September 13th, 2016.
In Yorkton Provincial Court this (Wed) morning, their matters were adjourned until February 21st to 23rd, for a hearing to determine if the boys should be sentenced as adults.
