One of two Balcarres-area men have been charged, following their arrest in Regina in late September, in connection with a stolen vehicle, has admitted his guilt.
On September 29th, a vehicle with two men inside, matching one reported stolen, was spotted heading to a home on Rothwell Crescent, and upon arriving at the scene, police arrested the pair without incident.
23-year-old Terrence Desnomie and 36-year-old Gilbert Howard Creeley were each charged with eleven offences, including Possession of Property Obtained by Crime, both Over and Under $5,000, with Desnomie also charged with three counts of Theft of a Motor Vehicle.
On October 25th, Desnomie pled guilty to six of the charges, receiving another 30 days in jail, on top of time already served.
Creeley will be back in Regina Provincial Court on December 13th.
