A Saskatoon Lawyer has been named as the new Lieutenant Governor in Saskatchewan.
Tom Molley, who contributed most of his time to the First Nations including the Nisga’s treaty settlement in 2000 in Britsh Columbia.
He comes from a strong background in the law world, receiving his B.A. and law degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 1964.
Molley accepted the Saskatchewan Order of Merit for his community commitment and many years of service to the Government of Canada as chief negotiator on Indigenous land claims.
