A woman wanted in Saskatchewan and Alberta in connection with animal cruelty charges in Milk River, Alberta, is being sought.
Saskatoon Police Constable Ryan Ehalt says 58-year-old April Dawn Irving was last known to be in Jamaica.
“Information suggests that her visa might have expired in Jamaica, which would mean that she would be there illegally and would have to come back to Canada at some point.” stated Ehalt.
She never showed up for court in Lethbridge, after 201 dogs were seized in the Milk River area.
Irving previously had 80 dogs seized in Saskatchewan from the Foam Lake area.
