The sentencing of a former RCMP member on two historical sexual assault charges in Yorkton, is set for next week.
62-year-old Alan Davidson pleaded guilty to 2 counts in Yorkton last month, and was convicted of 5 similar offences in B-C, back in December.
The Crown is asking for 8 years in prison, while the defence is requesting house arrest.
The judge is scheduled to deliver her decision next Tuesday in Kamloops.
Back in 2014, three individuals came forward and reported being sexually assaulted as youth while they were living in or visiting Yorkton, between 1987 and 1991.
