Several Saskatchewan RM’s are temporarily lifting fire bans after recent rains.
The RM’s of Preeceville, Kelvington, Hazel Dell, Sasman and Buchanan #304 have all lifted their bans, but say they could be re-imposed if conditions warrant.
The City of Yorkton, and R.M.’s of Wallace and Orkney have lifted their bans.
The RM of Clayton has lifted the ban on half the RM from grid 650 west to Preeceville, while the remainder is still under a ban.

The majority of Saskatchewan Crown land, that includes provincial parks and recreation sites, are under a fire ban, with the exception of Cypress Hills.
As well, people are reminded to call the burn centre at 866-404-4911 before doing any burning.
