A Moosomin man accused of breaching the conditions of his parole, has admitted his guilt.
53-year-old Byron Harpold was arrested in late January outside the Moosomin Public Library.
In Regina Provincial Court yesterday (Mon), he pleaded guilty to accessing the internet through a computer, and possessing a cell phone, in breach of his undertaking.
Harpold was sentenced to an additional 79 days in jail, after receiving credit for the time he’s already served in custody.
He has served prison time in the past for possessing child pornography, and committing indecent acts in public.
