A 24-year-old man who pleaded guilty to Manslaughter in connection to a death in Swan River has made another court appearance.
In Dauphin Provincial Court yesterday (Tues), Carl Klyne’s matter was adjourned to July 24th to set a date for a preliminary inquiry.
In January of 2017, Swan River RCMP found a 90-year-old man dead inside his home.
Klyne also admitted to Manslaugher in May for his role in the death of an inmate at the Stony Mountain Correctional Institution just two months later.
He was sentenced to 10 years in prison, less 639 days of time already served.
