A Yorkton man arrested in connection with a stabbing incident in the city in March, has made another court appearance.
29-year-old Kenneth Vivie faces three charges, including Aggravated Assault, and has been sent for a 30 day mental condition assessment.
On March 25th, police were called to a dispute between two men outside Pockets Billards and Sports Lounge.
Vivie’s lawyer has also withdrawn from the case.
It’s alleged that Vivie pulled a knife, stabbed the victim a number of times in the body, and cut his ear.
