A 34-year-old Yorkton man has been sentenced to prison time for drug trafficking.
In Yorkton Provincial Court this (Fri) morning, Scott Dobson pleaded guilty to Possession of Crystal Meth for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose, and Possession of Crystal Meth.
He was sentenced to three years in a federal prison, less 66 days of time already served.
Court was told that on July 12th, Yorkton RCMP received a report of a vehicle that had struck a power pole.
When they arrived at the scene, they found Dobson asleep at the wheel.
