A 26-year-old man has pleaded guilty to his role in a Dangerous Driving incident near Theodore last week.
On Thursday, police clocked a vehicle traveling eastbound on Highway 16 at a speed of 163 kilometers per hour.
When the officer tried to pull the driver over, the suspect veered north onto a grid road at a high rate of speed, fishtailed, and knocked down a rail crossing sign.
The driver then went through the ditch and into a field, before finally stopping on the gravel road.
In Yorkton Provincial Court this (Wed) morning, Eric Macrae received fines and a 1-year driving ban.
