The national unemployment rate for September is at 5.9 per cent, down from 6 per cent in August.
Stats Canada released the jobless rates for each province for the month of September.
Saskatchewan’s is at 6.4 per cent, down from 6.7 per cent in August while Manitoba remains at 5.8 per cent.
The highest rate goes to Newfoundland and Labrador at 13.6 per cent, and the lowest is B.C. at 4.2 per cent.
