Justin Cox is back in custody, after police put out an arrest warrant October 4th.
The warrant stems from an alleged domestic assault at a Regina home September 25.
The former Saskatchewan Roughrider, who is facing charges of assault, breach of undertaking and breach of recognizance, was arrested without incident yesterday (Mon).
Cox made an appearance in Regina Provincial Court today (Tues) on the matter.
He will be back in court in December facing an assault with a weapon charge in connection to an August 2017 incident, in which he allegedly pointed a gun at a female employee at a business.
