Harvest in Saskatchewan is a done deal.
Saskatchewan Agriculture released it’s final crop report of the year this morning.
Crop Specialist Shannon Friesen says harvest is 99% complete.
Friesen says although harvest conditions were less than ideal for most of the fall, producers were able to pull off average to above-average crop quality overall.
Average provincial yields were 43 bushels per acre for hard red spring wheat, 38 bushels per acre for canola.
