A Canora resident is 250-thousand dollars richer, after buying a lucky lotto ticket last month.

Danny Rakochy’s windfall came on one of the April 20th Lotto 6/49 guaranteed prize draws.

He says the first thing he’s going to do, is pay off some bills, and then he’ll take some time to figure out what to do with the rest, adding it will certainly “make life a little bit easier.”

Danny bought the winning ticket at the Canora Pharmacy.
