Riders drop CFL preseason finale to visiting Bombers

Zach Collaros threw two touchdown passes but it wasn’t enough as the Winnipeg Blue Bombers rallied in the fourth quarter to defeat the the Saskatchewan Roughriders 35-29 on Thursday night at Mosaic Stadium in the final pre-season game for both clubs.

Collaros played the entire first half for the Riders and completed 10-of-15 pass attempts for 163 yards.

The Riders’ next game will be on Thursday night when they open up their regular season visiting the Hamilton Tiger Cats while for the Bombers, they open up their 2019 campaign next Saturday visiting the BC Lions
