A new court date has been set for one of four people, charged in connection with the death of a Yorkton man last summer.
The remains of 25-year-old Colin Focht were found in a rural area outside Yorkton April 4th.
An 18-year-old man, who can’t be named because he was underage at the time, was in Yorkton Provincial Court this (Fri) morning, where he was remanded in custody for next Thursday.
The three other people arrested for the same alleged incident, also have upcoming court appearances.
