They want Saskatchewan residents to be prepared during the summer, as this time of the year is peak season for twisters. The Red Cross recommends checking with a manager to see if there’s a building emergency plan, if you’re in a high-rise building, and if you’re stuck outside during a tornado, lie flat in a ditch or low-lying area.
